About Rongyue Group
Who we are
Rongyue Group (Shenzhen Rongyue Auto Co., Ltd. system) was founded on 14 February 2019 as a privately held group focused on the new-energy vehicle (NEV) industry. Today it comprises about 35 companies and 1,000+ people, with stores and operations across seven regions in Guangdong: Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Shantou, Jieyang, Chaozhou, and Huizhou.
The group’s core is BYD-ecosystem dealer and service operations, with multi-brand outlets including Denza and Fangchengbao. Group materials describe Rongyue as a “BYD T20 quality dealer group” (as recorded in group materials—not an official BYD certification badge on this site). Between 2019 and 2025 the group received repeated recognition for BYD Ocean network sales awards, aftersales output, corporate sales, and national benchmark dealer awards (as recorded in group materials; exact years and certificates remain with the issuing parties—this site does not invent a year-by-year list).
Since 2023 Rongyue has expanded vehicle export. Overseas sales in 2023–2025 exceeded 8,000 units across 20+ countries, including Jordan, Uzbekistan, and other Central Asian and Middle Eastern markets. Export and overseas content on this site is meant to help readers understand purchase and ownership context—neither this site nor related pilots claim to be BYD’s official factory channel.
Our vision is to become a world-class integrated NEV service provider. For overseas users we prioritize clear maintenance and ownership information; safety, warranty, and on-site repair belong with local authorized service providers.

Relation to the overseas pilot
BYD Care UZ is an independent remote-advisor pilot for Uzbekistan owners: helping them understand maintenance and ownership—not official, no parts sales, and not a substitute for local authorized sales or service. Capability comes from a China NEV dealer-service group with export experience including Uzbekistan.
