Services
What a remote owner advisor on bydcareguide.com can and cannot do.
We are not BYD official, we do not sell parts, and we do not warranty outcomes. Safety, high-voltage work, accidents, and warranty disputes: contact local authorized service or emergency help immediately.
What we can do
- General maintenance and ownership guidance and visit preparation
- Help sort a dealer quote into “needed / can wait / ask at the shop”
- Explain why Song and Chazor must not share one service table
- Flag when official-channel vs parallel-import may change intervals or part numbers
- Point you to Guides and, for Uzbekistan, the Care UZ pilot
- Describe checkable China-group aftersales experience (Rongyue) for credibility—not as overseas store credentials
What we cannot do
| We do not | Why |
|---|---|
| Claim to be BYD official or local authorized aftersales | Hard boundary |
| Sell parts, place orders, or quote grey-market components | No parts sales |
| Promise warranty results or “we’ll fix it remotely” | No warranty |
| Coach high-voltage DIY or remote diagnosis that replaces a shop | Safety |
| Claim company-owned 4S networks or overseas warranty authority | Facts not claimed |
| Publish bank / Swift details | Never on-site |
China capability (context only)
In China, Rongyue Group runs NEV dealer and integrated services. Materials record repeated Ocean-network and aftersales recognition (2019–2025, as recorded; certificates remain with issuers). That experience informs advisor quality standards—it does not mean the full China stack is live in every overseas market.
Export since 2023 (8,000+ units overseas 2023–2025, 20+ countries including Uzbekistan) is parent-group fact. More detail lives on About.
Care UZ
The Uzbekistan pilot is a lightweight remote slice of the above: independent advice—not official, no parts sales. → Care UZ
